Job Description
- Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Handle incoming calls from clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Develop strong understanding of clients' needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
- Note : The shifts would be rotational so only those candidates to apply who are willing to work in night shift as well.
