Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
  • Coordinating with the sales team.
  • Co-ordinate with dealers and distributors about the booking of order/delivery/payment.
  • Create plans to address clients business needs.
  • Generating Sales reports Preparing quotation for sales inquiry/ preparing delivery notes.
  • Building long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
  • Doing regular follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied.
