Client Partner - Medical Coding - Interventional Radiology Coding

We are seeking a Client Partner with expertise in Interventional Radiology (IVR) Coding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical reports, accurately identifying procedures and diagnoses, and applying the correct codes and modifiers. This role is crucial for resolving coding-related denials and ensuring claims are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical reports thoroughly.
• Identify the procedures/interventional services and diagnosis.
• Add CPT, ICD-10, and Modifiers as appropriate.
• Work on coding-related denials or coding issues to get the claim paid or processed to the next level.

Qualifications

• Experience in IVR coding, including simple and complex cases.
• Certification is compulsory (e.g., CCS/CPC/CPC-H/CIC/COC from AAPC/AHIMA).
• Good knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
• Exposure to CPT-4, ICD-10, Modifiers, HCPCS, and Vascular and Non-Vascular coding.
• Experience in Excode and ImageNow is a plus.
