Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Communication:
- Respond to internal client inquiries via email or Salesforce chatter.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Communicate project progress with different teams.
Project & Document Management:
- Assist in EMC/EPS projects such as Group Split projects, minute book uploads, and various filings (Annual Reports, Corporate Transparency Act, Business Licenses).
- Review and process legal documents.
- Fulfill customer orders across multiple jurisdictions.
Data & System Management:
- Maintain and update customer records, including contact information and other updates.
- Navigate multiple databases (company records, Navigator, etc.) quickly and accurately.
- Problem-solve issues related to customer documentation.
