Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service & Communication:

  • Respond to internal client inquiries via email or Salesforce chatter.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Communicate project progress with different teams.

Project & Document Management:

  • Assist in EMC/EPS projects such as Group Split projects, minute book uploads, and various filings (Annual Reports, Corporate Transparency Act, Business Licenses).
  • Review and process legal documents.
  • Fulfill customer orders across multiple jurisdictions.

Data & System Management:

  • Maintain and update customer records, including contact information and other updates.
  • Navigate multiple databases (company records, Navigator, etc.) quickly and accurately.
  • Problem-solve issues related to customer documentation.
