Job Description

This role outlines a three-year career path focused on client success and leadership within a healthcare technology company. The journey is designed to develop a versatile professional who can handle client relationships from initial onboarding to long-term account management, with the opportunity to specialize in either customer success or sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Year 1: You'll focus on foundations in client onboarding, where you will manage the initial engagement for well-known brands. This involves coordinating with various internal teams, including sales, claims, and medical, and building consultative skills by working directly with HR leaders.
  • Year 2: You get to choose your own path, either specializing in Customer Success to drive renewals and retention or moving into Sales to focus on revenue generation and closing large deals.
  • Year 3+: You'll be on a leadership track, which involves handling strategic accounts, leading a pod or team, and potentially managing a full profit and loss (P&L) statement or becoming a subject matter expert in a specific industry vertical.
