Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and set up product accounts across internal systems.
  • Coordinate with teams including risk, sales, documentation, and operations to complete account opening.
  • Navigate cross-functional divisions to resolve onboarding issues and ensure timely outcomes.
  • Organize and prioritize client onboarding for live trades.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
  • Participate in meetings with senior managers and business units.
  • Contribute to projects and process enhancements supporting onboarding strategy.
  • Collaborate with global teams on client-related projects and change initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and updates.
