Client Manager

 Responsibilities:

• Manage backend operations and middle-office activities to support transaction processing.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of client transactions.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure service quality.
• Maintain records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining long-term client relationships.
