Job Description
- Ensure quality and relevance of the profiles sent to the client.
- Ensure smooth flow of engagement between the client and the expert throughout the Onboarding and Execution process.
- Constantly engage with the client and expert to keep a track of progress and feedback from both parties. Ensure quick resolution of disputes if any.
- Complete ownership of revenue realization will lie with the Fulfillment Team.
- Responsibility of growing account size and generating more requirements from the client through Cross Selling and Up Selling.
- Take ownership of receivables from the client and ensure timely payment to the Experts.
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with both Client and the Expert.
- Complete ownership of client satisfaction and happiness.
- Ensuring proactive communication and timely response.
Desired Skills
- Strong communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience of 1-3 years in client facing roles is a must.
- Experience of working with Large Scale Enterprise clients is preferred.
- Attention to detail and diligence to keep all the data and information organized.
- Must have a collaborative and easy going approach with teammates.
