Client Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Event Manager to manage client relationships, understand client requirements, and ensure the successful execution of events. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver events that meet client expectations, timelines, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

• Manage existing client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless event execution.
• Plan, organize, and deliver events including brand activations, exhibitions, retail branding, and corporate events.
• Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client satisfaction.
• Monitor event execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; post-graduation in marketing is an added advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of the event industry, including corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, and retail branding.
