Job Description

  • Performing the role of a Client Coordinator in the areas of BGV related update and progress which includes client relationship management
  • Creating/ordering the cases on behalf of FADV on the portal
  • Ensuring TAT and SLA is well maintained as per the Client's requirement
  • Handling and interfacing the client (from the client's site) for all BGV related processes and resolve queries
  • Managing the daily report / dashboard for tracking progress
  • Responsible for end-to-end BGV delivery as the Client SPOC
  • Building the collaboration and trust with the client for best output
  • Skills required:
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent MS skills
  • Presentation skill
  • Good English writing / speaking skills to communicate across geography if needed
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ownership
  • Will be handling the entire background check process including critical stakeholder management
  • Should be the bridge and coordinate between FA and Client for accurate and smooth processing of background checks
