Job Description

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, exceeding sales targets, and cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. Your ability to understand client needs, present effective solutions, and resolve issues swiftly will be crucial to your success and our continued growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your performance will be measured by:

  • Number of New Clients Acquired: The count of new clients secured within a specific period.
  • Total Revenue from Key Accounts: Revenue generated from key accounts over a defined timeframe.
  • Market Share Growth: Increase in the share of the target market served through key accounts.
  • Client Retention Initiatives Implemented: Strategies developed and executed to retain and engage key accounts.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Revenue Generation

  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings and presentations to assess client needs, present solutions, and build strong relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving significant revenue growth.
  • Exceed sales targets and quotas for recruitment services.
  • Develop accurate revenue forecasts based on the current client base and potential new business.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential revenue streams.

Client Management

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to meet client needs and drive long-term success.
  • Act swiftly to resolve client issues, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service delivery and address any areas for improvement.

Candidate Must Have

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
  • Experience:Total work experience of 10 years.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Account Management or B2B Business Development Sales.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry is an added advantage.
  • Skills: Exceptional English communication skills, mastery in negotiation, and a calm presence of mind during complex scenarios.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
