Job Description

  • Customer Interaction: You will answer customer queries and complaints in a positive and effective manner, both via email and over the phone. The role requires you to identify and assess customer needs to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Claims Management: You will be responsible for end to end support for cashless claims processing. This involves guiding customers on claim submission requirements and coordinating with hospitals, insurance teams, and customers to ensure a smooth and timely process.
  • Problem Resolution: You'll resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure a complete resolution.
  • Communication & Policy: You must be able to follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
