Job Description

  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance providers to negotiate the best terms for clients (Corporates and Individuals)
  • Open two new corporates each month for the Employee Benefits Initiative in collaboration with the Strategic Alliance Team.
  • Provide comprehensive consultations to understand client needs and objectives, offering tailored Employee benefits insurance solutions that align with their business strategies
  • Provide expert advisory services to corporate clients, assisting them in understanding their group health insurance options and enable making well-informed decisions
  • Offer comprehensive support during the claims process, ensuring both individual and corporate clients navigate their claims with ease and efficiency
  • Facilitate the process of life insurance policy surrenders, ensuring a smooth transition for clients wishing to terminate their policies
  • Deliver outstanding service, building and maintaining trustful and reliable relationships with clients through consistent and high-quality interactions
  • Keep abreast of the latest market trends and insurance products to offer up-to-date advice and solutions
  • Prepare reports and analytics to track the effectiveness of Employee benefit programs and identify areas for improvement
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are a must.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is critical.
  • You should be able to analyse insurance policies and market trends effectively and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
