Civil Infrastructure & Industrial Projects- Deputy Manager

We are seeking a Deputy Manager – Civil Infrastructure & Industrial Projects with solid experience in industrial buildings, plant infrastructure, and factory civil construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are executed with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities.
• Execute industrial/factory layouts as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Ensure quality, safety, and timeline adherence.
• Resolve technical/site issues and lead inspections.
• Maintain project records, schedules, and reporting.

Skills Required

• Experience: 4–9 years of experience in industrial/factory/plant infrastructure.
• Mandatory Experience: Prior experience in civil infrastructure or project execution within the Automobile, Automotive, Heavy Equipments & Steel Industry Plants or Factory Projects.
• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 60% or above in all qualifications (10th, 12th, and Graduation/Diploma).
• Familiarity with PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) structures and utility-civil interfaces.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC and geotechnical principles.
