Roles and Responsibilities

Site Execution ( Civil Works ) : -

• Planning of casting schedules of the Structures and further planning for material requirement, manpower requirement and making of Daily Progress Report.
• Handling of execution work i.e., Layout work, Shuttering Work, reinforcement work, brick work, Plaster according to drawings.
• Practically handling over of flats, all road & pathway work i.e., Earth filling work, GSB work, WMM Work, Kerbstone work, sewer, storm & water supply line work and Paver block, according to drawings.
• Preparation & checking of Bar Bending Schedule, Shuttering measurement, Brickwork &Plaster quantity measurement for billing process and for rate analysis with checklists.
• Checking of all amendments quantities as per drawings.
• To Prepare weekly SRFA report.
• Creating concern report / Safety interaction in Gensuite.
• Co-ordination with Safety team / Quality team & all other respective departments for day-to-day work.
• To co-ordinate with Design team & consultants for GFC drawings.
• To plan for completion of the projects as per the timelines , approved budget , design and drawings, safety & Quality parameters.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• B Tech (Civil Engineering) with 10-13 years experience.

• Good written and verbal communication skill.

• Good Presentation Skills

• Must have worked with Real Estate Developer
