Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage civil construction activities, including structural work and erection tasks on site.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
  • Identify critical project areas and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve on-site challenges promptly.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • OR
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with exposure to oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in structural and erection work related to industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of resource estimation, project scheduling, and quality control processes.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety standards and environmental regulations in the industry.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and resolve technical issues effectively.

Skills:

  • Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills for managing project timelines and resource allocation.
