Civil Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. All civil related work, including repair and maintenance which requires expert supervision.
2. Monitor STP, WTP and OWC plant
3. Monitoring Glazing and Plumbing works
4. Regular inspections: Conducting routine inspections of buildings, including structural elements, mechanical systems, and electrical components.
5. Preventive maintenance: Implementing proactive maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns and prolong the lifespan of facilities.
6. Corrective repairs: Addressing damage or deterioration to buildings, such as cracks, leaks, or structural issues.
7. Renovations: Planning and overseeing renovation projects to modernize or improve facilities.
8. Code compliance: Ensuring that facilities adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
9. Landscape maintenance and development work.
10. Ongoing construction of SDB 2 which is expected to get in state on facility scope by coming financial year (handover and takeover of the new infra)
