Job Description
- Prepare and manage billing for piping and structural works in industrial projects
- Ensure accurate measurement and documentation of billable items as per project specifications
- Handle subcontractor billing, including verification of work done and preparation of RA bills
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to validate quantities and executed work
- Maintain records of billing, material reconciliation, and certification from clients or consultants
- Review and interpret project drawings and BOQs for accurate billing inputs
- Ensure billing is aligned with project timelines, contract terms, and payment milestones
- Assist in preparing monthly progress reports and supporting documentation for client billing
- Verify contractor invoices against executed work and resolve discrepancies
- Work closely with accounts and procurement teams to streamline billing and payment processes
