Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven City Head-Sales to lead our city Syndicate vertical and take charge of driving business growth. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Take full ownership of sales operations, driving growth by expanding the customer base and increasing sales revenue.
- Channel Partner Management: Onboard, develop, and nurture strong relationships with key channel partners. Build a high-performing network that aligns with business objectives.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement city-specific sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Focus on new customer acquisition, business retention, and optimizing sales processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of accountability and excellence, ensuring the team has the right tools, training, and motivation to succeed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate businesses, and other stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for high-value customers.
- Market Expansion & Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Implement strategies to capture market share and drive business growth. Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Skills Required
- Proven sales leadership with a track record of success in sales and business growth.
- Experience in channel management and working with channel partners and brokers is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to set and achieve ambitious goals.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Deep knowledge of the market, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent negotiation and coordination skills.
- Experience in sourcing and managing real estate clients is highly desirable.
QUALIFICATION:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
