Citrix Administration

• Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) environments.
• Monitor and manage Citrix infrastructure including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Director, and Studio.
• Maintain Citrix ADC (NetScaler) for load balancing, gateway, and remote access.
• Troubleshoot Citrix sessions, profiles, connectivity issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Patch, upgrade, and maintain Citrix components and underlying infrastructure.
• Implement and manage Citrix Machine Creation Services (MCS) or Provisioning Services (PVS).
• Work closely with network, security, and Windows server teams.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of virtual environments.
