CISCO XDR Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Cisco XDR solutions including SecureX, Secure Endpoint, Secure Network Analytics, and Umbrella.
• Perform real-time security monitoring, alert triage, and threat hunting.
• Optimize detection rules and correlation logic to reduce false positives.
• Develop and maintain automated response playbooks to improve MTTD and MTTR.
• Provide L2/L3 support in 24/7 SOC environments.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain security documentation.
