Job Description

  • Team Management: Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Customer Safety & Satisfaction: Ensure that all security staff provide services that exceed expectations, contributing to guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Safety & Security Oversight: Maintain the safety and security of guests, staff, visitors, and contractors at all times.
  • Risk Management: Responsible for managing all safety, security, fire/life safety, and food hygiene risks faced by the hotel.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Liaise with all department heads to ensure hotel employees adhere to established security procedures.
  • Incident Reporting: Record and report all risks, deviations from hotel safety standards, and any untoward incidents.
  • Safety Tracking: Track departmental safety records and document medically treated and non-treated injuries.
  • Committee Oversight: Oversee and guide the efforts of the Accident Prevention Committee and the Fire and Safety Committee.
