Chief Security Officer

Job Description:

• Security Administration: Oversee overall security operations at the plant, colony, and mines, including protection of assets, personnel, and prevention of fraud/theft.
• Access Control & SAP Management: Ensure proper functioning of Access Control Systems (ACS) and manage SAP entries for Inwards, Outwards, and RGP/NRGP.
• Fire & Safety Management: Implement and monitor fire safety and occupational safety protocols to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Materials Management Support: Coordinate with materials management teams to safeguard inventory and ensure secure handling of critical resources.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the security team to maintain high standards of discipline, vigilance, and operational efficiency.
• Emergency Response & Personal Security: Oversee emergency preparedness plans, personal security arrangements, and response protocols for critical incidents.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Retired Army Officer (Captain, Lieutenant, Lt. Colonel, Colonel)
• Proficiency in Kannada
• Experience in Security Administration within manufacturing industries
• Knowledge of Access Control Systems (ACS), Fire & Safety Management
• SAP knowledge for inventory and security-related entries
