Job Description
- Creating and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans that successfully achieve business goals.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key clients, including
- negotiating and closing on major deals.
- Intermediating negotiation processes, prices, legal requirements and related matters; ensuring a fair and transparent dealing.
- Developing an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals.
- Using available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals.
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new projects.
- Assessing costs, competition and supply demand to identify selling prices.
- Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Establishing a sales training program providing leadership and coaching to train new employees.
- Ensuring every member of the sales team and channel partners have the necessary resources to perform properly.
