Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide leadership in organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop talent management programs to identify high-potential employees and facilitate career growth.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances promptly.
  • Develop and implement policies promoting fairness, equity, and inclusivity.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Design competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Coordinate training sessions and develop materials for employee development.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Guide managers and employees on performance improvement strategies.

Industrial Relations:

  • Maintain positive relationships with labor unions and employee representatives.
  • Lead union negotiations on wages, working conditions, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR metrics and trends.
