Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide leadership in organizational development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop talent management programs to identify high-potential employees and facilitate career growth.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances promptly.
- Develop and implement policies promoting fairness, equity, and inclusivity.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Design competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills.
- Coordinate training sessions and develop materials for employee development.
Performance Management:
- Oversee goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Guide managers and employees on performance improvement strategies.
Industrial Relations:
- Maintain positive relationships with labor unions and employee representatives.
- Lead union negotiations on wages, working conditions, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR metrics and trends.
