Chief Manager-Consultant -Green Building

• Executing Green Building projects under various rating programs viz LEED/IGBC/GRIHA
• Coordination with clients and incorporating Green features into project
• Documentation as per LEED/IGBC/GRIHA requirement
• Carry out Feasibility study of the project for certification
• Conveying and explaining green building concepts to clients
• Do gap analysis in design and suggest improvements to meet targeted level of certification.
• Attending review meetings and making presentation to clients
• Coordinate with Simulation team and propose Energy Conservation Measures in the project.
• Conduct design/tender review to ensure incorporation of Green requirements in design.
• Conducting site visits and coordinating with Contractors for compliance on site requirements.
• Review of Projects progress and communicate to all the stake holders
• Documentation for pre and final certification of the project.
• Working on review replies and ensuring targeted level

Requirement:

• 2+ Yrs of relevant experience
• Dip / Degree in Engineering
• BEE Certified Energy Manager / Auditor
• LEED AP
• Knowledge / Understanding of LEED ratings,Energy Simulation, Ref. Std. Energy Efficiecny desirable
