Chief Information Officer (CIO)

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our IT and digital transformation journey at V2 Retail. The CIO will be responsible for building strong, secure, and scalable technology systems that support our nationwide retail operations. This role will focus on driving digital innovation, enabling data-based decision-making, and ensuring our IT infrastructure is future-ready.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company s overall IT strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
• Build, upgrade, and maintain scalable systems to support nationwide retail operations.
• Drive data analytics initiatives to support business growth and improve decision-making.
• Ensure high standards of cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT governance.
• Collaborate with business leaders to integrate technology into retail operations, supply chain, finance, and customer experience.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong background in retail, e-commerce, or large-scale multi-location businesses.
• Proven track record in driving digital transformation and implementing enterprise-wide systems (ERP, CRM, POS, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and data analytics tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
