Chief Finance Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company s objectives
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Manage financial reporting and compliance
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks
• Lead and manage the finance and accounting team
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

• Strategic Planning
• Currently working at CXO Level
• Must be from IT Industry
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• IPO Complaince is must
• Must worked in listed company and aware of all post listing compliance management , investor relations, fund raising etc
• Must have minimum 5 yrs experience as CFO
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory

Good-to-Have Skills

• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Proficiency in using financial management software and tools.
