About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead V2 Retail into its next phase of growth in India's fast-moving value fashion market. The CEO will be responsible for setting the company's strategic direction, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring operational and financial excellence across the business. This role demands strong leadership, sharp market instincts, and the ability to navigate a competitive retail environment.

Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a top management role.
• Strong background in retail, fashion, or consumer-facing industries.
• Proven track record in scaling businesses and delivering sustainable growth.
• Excellent strategic planning, decision-making, and execution skills.
• Strong financial acumen and market insight.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
