Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Define and articulate the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
- Identify new growth opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the business.
2. Operational Management:
- Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and profitability.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all departments.
- Ensure the company meets all regulatory and legal requirements.
3. Financial Oversight:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Work with CFO and finance teams to ensure financial health and sustainability.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain strong relationships with the Board, investors, clients, partners, and employees.
- Represent the company in public forums, industry events, and media interactions.
- Foster a positive company culture aligned with core values and employee engagement.
5. Talent & Leadership Development:
- Build and mentor an effective senior leadership team.
- Promote succession planning and talent development initiatives.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Key Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, with significant executive management responsibility.
- Proven track record of leading organizations through growth, transformation, or turnaround.
- Experience in the company's industry or related sectors is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Visionary leadership with strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen and operational expertise.
