CHIEF ARCHITECT

Role Summary

A visionary technology leader responsible for strategic direction, operational execution, and cross-functional delivery management across critical advanced communication domains including 5G/6G, POCs, and next-gen asset development. Manages and mentors senior engineering managers while influencing enterprise-level decisions in alignment with long-term organizational goals. Operates at the intersection of technology innovation, business growth, and executional excellence, engaging regularly with executive leadership on programs of strategic significance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive short to mid-term strategic execution plans (1–3 years) aligned with organizational vision and emerging technology landscapes.
• Lead and govern multiple program streams, each managed by Senior Managers and Project Leaders, ensuring seamless and outcome-driven delivery.
• Spearhead deal support and proposal responses, including solution definition, estimation, and customer presentations.
• Incubate and scale complex and high-impact engineering programs, particularly in the 5G/6G Communication domains.
• Oversee proof of concept (PoC) initiatives and asset development to enable technology acceleration and IP creation.
• Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders across business units, engineering, and product teams to drive collaborative success.
• Provide executive-level reporting, manage high-risk escalations, and contribute to enterprise planning cycles.

Education & Experience

• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or relevant discipline
• Experience: Proven track record (typically >12 years) of large-scale program delivery and strategic leadership in telecommunications, advanced R&D, or enterprise engineering environments
