CHIEF ARCHITECT

Job Summary

A senior leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple cross-functional teams managed by Senior Managers and Managers. The position involves executing strategic plans with a 1–3 year horizon, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. Accountable for operational success, this role has high-impact decision-making authority and regularly engages with executive leadership to influence key organizational directions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategy execution and define operational goals in line with corporate objectives.
• Lead and manage multi-team operations, ensuring delivery excellence and quality.
• Support strategic deals, prepare proposals, and lead end-to-end project bootstrapping.
• Spearhead innovation and contribute to advanced tech initiatives such as 5GA/6G within the communications domain.
• Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and support development of reusable assets and accelerators.
• Collaborate with executive leaders to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure organizational readiness by guiding talent development and fostering high-performance teams.

Education & Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech from a recognized institution.
• Typically comes with extensive industry experience (10+ years) in technology delivery and leadership roles.
