Chemistry Specialist (Msc)

We are seeking a Chemistry Specialist to contribute to impactful AI training projects. If you have a strong command of Chemistry and experience preparing students for JEE Advanced, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized tutoring sessions focused on Chemistry for JEE Advanced preparation
• Develop, review, and refine high-quality Chemistry problems, solutions, and explanations for AI training
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical structure in chemistry-related content
• Evaluate and enhance AI-generated Chemistry and Physics outputs for correctness and alignment with academic standards
• Debug and correct errors in AI-generated Chemistry reasoning and responses
• Collaborate with AI teams to improve conceptual accuracy and problem-solving methods
• Create step-by-step breakdowns of complex Chemistry concepts and solutions
• Stay current on JEE Advanced trends, syllabus updates, and exam strategies to maintain relevant content

Required Qualifications

• MSc in Chemistry
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in tutoring students
• Prior experience in the EdTech sector with familiarity with JEE Main & Advanced exam formats
• Strong knowledge of Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry at the JEE Advanced level
• Demonstrated success in improving students' JEE scores
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptive to varied student needs
