Chemistry Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Chemistry Specialist to contribute to impactful AI training initiatives. If you have deep subject expertise and a strong record of helping students succeed in JEE Advanced Chemistry, we'd love to have you onboard.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized tutoring sessions focused on Chemistry for JEE Advanced preparation
• Develop, review, and refine complex Chemistry problems and explanatory content for AI training
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and logical consistency in chemistry-related data and instructional materials
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated Physics and Chemistry content to align with real-world academic rigor
• Debug reasoning errors in AI outputs and enhance AI's understanding of advanced Chemistry concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine educational strategies and domain modeling
• Create detailed, step-by-step explanations for advanced topics in Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry
• Stay up to date with evolving JEE syllabi, exam trends, and pedagogical practices

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry
• Minimum 1 year of tutoring experience (JEE Advanced preparation preferred)
• Prior involvement in the EdTech sector with an understanding of JEE Main/Advanced curriculum
• Expertise in JEE Advanced topics across Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry
• Proven success in helping students achieve score improvements
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas
• Self-driven, organized, and adaptable to different instructional scenarios
