Chemistry PhD Expert (Freelance)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Chemistry expert with a PhD to contribute to AI advancement through data annotation, model refinement, and problem set development. You'll help improve AI performance in the field of Chemistry using advanced methods like Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) and Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT).

This is a fully remote and flexible opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI training projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annotate Chemistry-related content to enhance AI comprehension and learning.
• Review and provide feedback on AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy and depth.
• Assist in the development of Chemistry problem sets and corresponding solutions.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model capabilities in Chemistry-specific domains.

Required Qualifications & Traits:

• PhD in Chemistry with a strong academic and subject matter background.
• Experience in Chemistry teaching, research, or content creation preferred.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
