Job Description
- Take care of existing customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Support the Business Manager in all sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, sampling, and accompanying the technical team to customer sites.
- Follow up on payment collections and ensure all accounts comply with agreed trading terms.
- Report on sales progress versus plan and highlight any service issues on a monthly basis.
