Experience in handling of different flow reactors, like Fixed Bed, Plug flow, Tubular reactor, Photo Flow Reactors etc. Hands on experience on handing commercial flow equipments (like Corning, VapourTech, etc) is an added advantage.
Experience in converting existing batch chemistry to flow chemistry.
Understanding, implementing and improving process engineering controls for Batch & continuous flow processes.
Mapping the suitable reactor for development of process in Flow Technology.
Assessment and selection of suitable pumps for different type of flow processes.
Finding out suitable equipment for downstream operation for continuous manufacturing.
Assessment of safety of equipment, process and operations.
Inputs in planning required suitable flow spares and controls
To ensure proper maintenance of lab equipment.
Trouble-shooting of flow reactor equipment.

To understand the objective of project / chemistry / MSDS
Carryout experiments in flow reactors.
Basic knowledge of chemical characterization, balancing reaction equations with respect to moles and quantities.
Knowledge on literature search using Scifinder, Reaxys and other tools and preparing product dossiers.
