Responsibilities:
- Menu Development & Pricing: Develop menus and set pricing for menu items, ensuring a balance of creativity, customer preference, and profitability.
- Culinary Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of Indian, South Indian, and Chinese cuisines.
- Order Management: Ensure guest orders are prepared and delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Kitchen Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and surrounding areas.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on current restaurant industry trends to enhance menu offerings and kitchen practices.
