Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of hospital accounting and finance operations.
• Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handling GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Managing statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and hospital cost control analysis.
• Monitoring doctor payouts, revenue leakage, and departmental profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with Companies Act and accounting standards.
• Leading and mentoring the finance/accounts team.
