Charge Nurse Nursing Services

Role Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
2. Oversee patient assessments, treatment plans, and documentation.
3. Act as a liaison between healthcare providers, patients, and their families.
4. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
5. Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff.
6. Manage staffing schedules and address any staffing issues.

Job Requirements:

1. Graduate or postgraduate degree in nursing.
2. Expertise in midwifery, medical, and surgical care, with NICU experience preferred.
3. Ability to manage patient care plans and collaborate with healthcare teams.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
