Description
The Channel Support Officer for SIP Academy will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our channel partners, ensuring they effectively utilize our resources and tools. The role involves training, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring, aimed at enhancing partner satisfaction and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to channel partners in utilizing SIP Academy resources effectively.
- Assist in training sessions for partners on Excel, Tally, and MIS reporting.
- Manage and resolve queries from partners regarding system functionality and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and provide feedback from partners.
- Monitor channel partner performance and provide insights for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-10 years of experience in channel support, customer service, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Experience with Tally for accounting and finance management.
- Knowledge of MIS (Management Information Systems) reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with partners effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
