Channel Sales Manager (Area Sales/Regional Sales)

Job Title:

Position Purpose

• Source LAP (Loan Against Property) and BIL (Business Installment Loans) through liability branches.
• Achieve assigned business targets.
• Generate revenue through cross-selling, maintaining weighted interest rates and processing fees.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve LAP targets via branch network.
• Conduct regular visits to branches for lead generation and internal engagement.
• Train and develop branch employees on Retail Asset products.
• Ensure compliance and maintain high integrity standards.
• Demonstrate product awareness of LAP and understanding of local geography.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Minimum 50% aggregate in qualifying exams.
• Any Graduate.
• Postgraduate: MBA/PGDM preferred.

Experience

Essential:

• Experience in LAP (Mortgage) sales.
• Must have worked with a Bank or NBFC in the LAP/Mortgages department.
