Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Appointment & Development: Appoint, manage, train, and develop the sales team to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Key Account & Modern Trade Management: Handle key accounts and modern trade partners such as D-Mart, Spencer, Big Bazaar, Reliance Trends, ABRL, Max Hyper, and other major retail chains.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve primary and tertiary sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct SWOT analysis of competitors and implement corrective actions to gain market share.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve revenue growth and improved profitability.
  • Promoter Management: Handle and supervise promoters at modern trade outlets to ensure effective product representation and sales conversion.
  • Revenue & Operations Oversight: Supervise revenue generation and sales operations to maintain overall functional stability of the business.
  • Promotional Activities: Plan and execute regular promotional and in-store activation activities.
  • Field Sales Execution: Actively engage in field sales activities and market visits to support the sales team and customers.
  • Travel & Market Expansion: Travel within the region and to other metro cities for customer meetings and business development.
  • Product Sales: Sell luggage products and related services to existing and potential clients.
  • Customer Engagement: Identify customer needs and demonstrate appropriate products and solutions.
  • Lead Development: Generate and develop leads from the market to expand the customer base.
