Job Description

Responsible for driving sales growth in the fashion and luggage segment by managing modern trade channels, leading field sales teams, and handling key retail accounts across multiple cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appoint, manage, and train the sales team to achieve overall business growth.
  • Handle key accounts and modern trade outlets such as D-Mart, Spencer, Big Bazaar, Reliance Trend, ABRL, Max Hyper, and similar chains.
  • Achieve primary and tertiary sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Conduct SWOT analysis of competitors and implement corrective strategies to improve market share.
  • Supervise revenue generation and operational activities to ensure business stability.
  • Manage promoters deployed at modern trade outlets to enhance product visibility and sales.
  • Plan and execute regular promotional activities to support sales performance.
  • Actively participate in field sales and market visits.
  • Travel to other cities and metro locations for customer meetings and business expansion.
  • Sell luggage products and fashion accessories to existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate suitable products and solutions.
  • Generate leads from the market and convert them into business opportunities.
