Job Description
We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to execute business development in a defined region. This role is responsible for driving bus sales volumes and market shares, managing dealer channels, leading a sales team, and ensuring profitability.

Business Understanding:

- Product and segment/application understanding with respect to superiority over competition products
Area of Responsibility:
- Bus sales volumes: Achieve business plan sales volume for the territory, with adequate focus on built-up sales.
- Profitable Growth: Achieve sales volumes, model mix, and penetration in high growth/profit segments.
- Community Creation: Implement the customization process to become the best possible option for the commuter segment and point-to-point service.
- People Management: Manage self and team performance, and collaborate with regional stakeholders to achieve retention and national business plan.
Skills Required
- Education: B.E./B.Tech / Diploma & MBA
- Experience: Minimum of 2-8 years of relevant experience in automobile sales or the Commercial Vehicle (CV) industry.
- Strong skills in channel and team management.
- Proficiency in value selling and understanding product superiority.
- Experience in managing sales volumes and achieving profitable growth.
- Excellent people management and collaboration skills.
