Channel Managers - Should be able to source files from Channels . Bring new Channel relationships MOM . Make Builder Relationships . Make own strategies MOM to achieve targets

Relationship Managers - Should be able to source files from Open Market, through DSA , from Connectors , Build Builder Relations. Marketing activities , make own strategies MOM to achieve targets

Having Experience in Home loans/ LAP, Builder Relationships , Channel Management
