Job Description

•Support design and delivery of change management strategies for HR initiatives to drive adoption of new tools, processes, systems, roles, and organizational structures.

•Conduct stakeholder inventory and analysis to identify key stakeholders and create strategies for buy-in and adoption.

•Perform change impact assessments to analyze the magnitude of change across people, processes, and technology for key initiatives.

•Develop and execute detailed change management plans, including communications campaigns targeted to impacted stakeholder groups.

•Create and edit high-quality internal deliverables such as Change Management Plans, Stakeholder Assessments, Change Impact Assessments, and Training Plans.

•Generate and analyze statistics to evaluate the success of change management and communication campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
