Centre Head

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Head to lead our operations in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the centre, driving performance, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the centre ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve centre goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community organizations.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Experience with strategic planning and operational improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
