Job Description

  • Leadership & Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the training centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead a team of instructors, administrative staff, and support personnel to achieve the institution s goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the institution s offerings and reputation.
  • Program Development:
  • Lead the development and enhancement of training modules across aviation operations, management, airline cabin crew, and technical training.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to ensure that the training programs are relevant and up-to-date.
  • Evaluate and improve curriculum content to meet industry standards and student needs.
  • Training & Workshops:
  • Conduct and oversee seminars, workshops, and other training sessions.
  • Ensure that training delivery is consistent, high-quality, and aligned with the institution s standards.
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional development for both students and staff.
  • Student & Faculty Engagement:
  • Monitor student progress and ensure that all students receive adequate support and guidance.
  • Develop strong relationships with students to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Manage faculty performance, providing feedback and support to maintain high teaching standards.
  • Recruitment & Placement:
  • Oversee student recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates to the institution.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to facilitate job placements and internships for students.
  • Ensure the institution s placement record is strong and continuously improving.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:
  • Ensure all operations comply with aviation regulations and educational standards.
  • Maintain accreditation and affiliations with relevant aviation authorities.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to uphold the institution s reputation for excellence.
  • Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the aviation industry, with a strong background in aviation training and management.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within sales, marketing, hr would be an added benefit.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in aviation operations, management, and training.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage training programs.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Education:
  • A degree in Aviation, Education, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional certifications in aviation training or management would be advantageous.
