Job Description

  • Accountable for the business outputs needed to increase sales and meet objectives
  • Arranging and managing daily tasks and activities managing front desk tasks
  • Cooperate well with the center s team, which consists of SEOs, salespeople, trainers, and a placement team.
  • Ensuring that the placement team and trainers adhere to the established best practices
  • Coordinating all facilities-related problems for the students with the relevant department
  • Keeping an eye on and upholding excellent service and satisfaction standards.
  • Maintaining consistent accounting records and ensuring that all payments and collections from students are deposited in banks.
  • Managing demands for repairs and other needs/issues at the center
  • Work honestly to achieve the organization s goals.

REQUIRED KEY SKILLS

  • Strong attitude and experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong language communication abilities, including in Tamil, English, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu
  • Excel and MS Office proficiency.
  • Able to help the center achieve monthly goals
  • Strong counseling and convincing skills
  • Openness to lifelong learning and development
  • The capacity to function as a team
  • Be willing to accept occasional location changes
